John Spencer provided brief verbal comments during the telecon.

The data set structure made good sense.  He found the information and data he needed.  He read a table file into Excel and it worked fine.  He noted the need for cumulative indices.

Cumulative indices will be provided.

We need to make it clearer to the user that the raw data is in the original data set, but not repeated in this data set. 

We will document this in DATAINFO.TXT, AAREADME.TXT and TUTORIAL.TXT.  These documents will point the user to the corresponding original volume.
