This file describes the contents of the DOCUMENT directory on this volume.
This re-formatted volume contains the same documents as are found on the
original volumes produced by the CIRS team. The original DOCINFO.TXT file is
appended below.

A few additional files have been added:

  TUTORIAL.TXT    - a brief tutorial on how to use the re-formatted data set.

  DATASIS_OCR.PDF - a version of DATASIS.PDF in which the text has been
                    converted to ISO standards via OCR (optical character
                    recognition) software. The original DATASIS.PDF file was
                    generated using the TeX software package, which does not
                    obey conventional font standards. This makes it impossible
                    to copy text out of this document. It also makes the text
                    hard to read when displayed on a computer screen (although
                    the document prints clearly). This OCR-ed version of the
                    document does not have these limitations.
  DATASIS_OCR.LBL - Detached PDS label for the above.
